Kacia Zuill is a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) specializing in providing therapy services exclusively through telehealth. With over a decade of experience, Kacia has honed her practice to support adult professionals in their 30s and 40s, as well as older adolescents and young adults transitioning into adulthood. Her primary focus is on addressing issues related to trauma and anxiety, leveraging her extensive training and expertise in creative and evidence-based therapeutic practices. These approaches enable her clients to explore both the conscious and unconscious, uncover and process deep emotions, and address experiences that are often difficult to articulate with words.
Through her work, Kacia has helped countless clients process and move beyond the pain, dysfunction, and trauma stemming from past experiences. She is especially passionate about supporting individuals facing professional challenges, such as imposter syndrome or the perfectionism-procrastination-paralysis cycle. With her guidance, clients gain the tools and strategies needed to break free from negative thought patterns, better understand and process their feelings, and overcome obstacles that hinder personal and professional success. Her approach is designed to foster empowerment and resilience, enabling clients to navigate their careers and personal lives with confidence and clarity.
As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional and a licensed therapist with over ten years of experience, Kacia is trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), a highly effective method for processing trauma. Known for her empathetic and intuitive nature, she takes a person-centered approach to therapy, tailoring each session to the unique needs of her clients. Kacia incorporates a wide range of evidence-based techniques, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), EMDR, expressive arts therapies, Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), mindfulness practices, and other modalities. Her goal is to create a compassionate and safe therapeutic environment where individuals can increase their self-confidence, gain deeper clarity, and move toward lasting healing and personal growth.
Kacia’s clients consistently highlight her ability to connect on a deep and meaningful level, creating a space where they feel truly seen and supported. Whether you’re working through unresolved trauma, navigating anxiety, or seeking to overcome professional or personal hurdles, Kacia’s expertise and dedication can help you embark on a transformative journey toward a more fulfilling life.
